  • REPLAS RECYCLING PLASTICS

Manufacturer of modified HDPE and PP re-granulates

      Certified Recycling

    2017 Gazele Biznesu Award

We are extremely pleased to announce that the dynamic growth of REPLAS was acknowledged by an independent jury which granted 2017 Gazele Biznesu Award to us, recognising the company among the most rapidly developing small and medium enterprises in Poland (position no. 30 within the Małopolskie and No. 8 in the Podkarpackie regions). Given the fact that any company is only as good as the people who make it, here we wish to express our gratitude to all of our associates who by their daily efforts aimed at “cleaning up the world” for 6 years relentlessly forged ahead to reach this joint success. CONGRATULATIONS! WE THANK ALL OF YOU – hoping that this trophy will not be the only one in our “Hall of Fame” and will soon be joined by other awards and distinctions.

    Recycled pipes

100AP re-granulate is intended for manufacturers of casing pipes and mounting pipes (plain and corrugated). In addition to the standard black and grey, we also offer products in the following colours: blue, green and red, the specific tones may be agreed with the client, as needed.

    EuCertPlast – Blue Angel

In order to mark the fine quality of their products, many leading and internationally renowned companies make effort to acquire Blue Angel certificate, awarded by an independent institution of the EU to confirm that high environmental standards are applied in the manufacturing process. However, this prestigious label can be obtained only for final products manufactured from re-granulates with EuCertPlast certification. REPLAS is one of only two companies holding this certificate in Poland, and the only one awarded with such a certificate for HDPE re-granulates.

    Amsterdam Fair

You are cordially invited, to visit our stand C20 at the plastic recycling fair “The Plastics Recycling Show Europe” in Amsterdam from 10.04. until 11.04.2019.
We are looking forward to a constructive exchange of experiences with you. Your special requirements and individual needs are our motivation and drive us to peak performance based on know-how and maximum commitment – day by day, and product by product.
See you in Amsterdam ! –  Your REPLAS Team

    MISSION

Synthetic materials, commonly known as “plastics”, can effectively be processed multiple times, and one of the challenges faced by people nowadays is to ensure they can successfully be “reincarnated” in a process known as “recycling”. It is not only the EU Directive from 2015 and the adopted Circular Economy Strategy, but mostly the moral obligation to future generations that impose a requirement on manufacturers of plastic products to apply recovered materials (the so-called “recyclates”), and indeed to increase their use. In our business we accept post-consumer and post-production polyethylene and polypropylene wastes from the market, and then by modifying their physicochemical properties we achieve a product which in no way is inferior to original materials.

Our processes are based on in-depth analysis of rheological and strength parameters as well as carefully designed formula of modification (“enhancement”) as a result of which our Customers receive materials tailored to their expectations, satisfying their processing needs (melt flow index, purity) and functional requirements (impact strength, shape stability, colours), and – most importantly – materials which are significantly cheaper than original granulates.
This way Customers buying our re-granulates not only show environmental awareness but also achieve significant economic gains, consequently improving their competitive advantage and position on the market.

    OFFER

    COMPANY

To build from scratch a company which within just a few years became a leader in the European market of polyolefin recycling, the undertaking needed a few people with lots of unconventional ideas, as well as expertise in and well-tested practical knowledge of plastics, and finally lots and lots of... courage.
This is how it all started for REPLAS company which, since 2012, has been systematically expanding its share in the market of secondary thermoplastic materials, by doubling its sales year after year, and by constantly increasing the number of its satisfied customers.
What was the key to this success?
From the start the company disregarded the idea of “simple recycling”, otherwise known as “down-grading” because of the continuous deterioration of the properties following each consecutive plasticization process.

We also abandoned the motto commonly followed by recyclers, saying “I put whatever I find into the pot, and I will somehow sell whatever comes out”.
REPLAS technologists decided to develop formulas for “enhanced recycling”, designed to restore the rheological and mechanical properties of thermoplastic materials. As a result our re-granulates are in no way inferior to the original materials used by manufacturers. They also have fine lively colours (making it possible to cut down the high costs of dyeing).
To meet our customers’ expectations we constantly improve the formulas, as a result of which original materials can be replaced with our re-granulates at the rate of 50-70%, or indeed completely in some applications.

Interesting, isn’t it?!... Let’s do business together!
